Caterpillars of Recovering Joy

There is something almost holy about a caterpillar. Small, unhurried, quietly chewing its way through the world. They are tiny guardians of the green world, turning leaf into life, life into the long dark work of becoming. Think about them when you feel stuck. Not as a metaphor exactly, more like a reminder. Transformation rarely looks like magic while it's happening. Mostly it looks like this: small, slow, and sacred.
